This study tried to reflect gender-cognitive policies on the Korean sporting world and to provide basic sources in order to solve unfair factors in the policies efficiently. So, we studied the total of 31 people who are coaches, directors, athletic administrators, and physical researchers(F: 17, M: 14). We used open- ended questionnaire which is consist of 2 sectors, first, Recognition of leadership in the sporting world, second, Recognition of gender roles. Considering gender, categorized original date are named by reflecting the view of researchers as much as possible and we provided the categories and frequency. Firstly, people recognized themselves as a leader in the sporting world because they have event professionalism, practices in administration, love and interest in sports, academic professionalism, and responsibility. The reason why they are not leaders in the sporting world is that they don't have enough impact, don't have enough experience and lack of opportunity and other's recognition. Secondly, when they started to understand their job and role, they faced cultural bias. The good side is they could develop their career and get an opportunity to be grown, but the bad side is they felt social barriers and paradoxical benefits. They understand that female athletes' own jobs are considered that both genders can do it and can do as traditionally. Male athletes' own jobs are something external, traditional, and considered that both genders can do it.
