Japanese fascism gave local many significances that have been alienated by the Western civilization and will be center of new world history and spreaded local discussion for the Pacific War. These facts mean that Japanese fascism regarded local discussion as a available strategy for the annexation between Japan and Korea(Nae-seon-il-chae).
Emphasizing korean locality, Japanese fascism conceded even korean local identity and tried to bring Koreans in to the Pacific War as main agent. Furthermore it disguised being alienated and local against western city. As a result covering from particularity to universality, local discussion was used for the annexation between Japan and Korea(Nae-seon-il-chae) for the Pacific War.
