The aim of this study is segmentation of the demander of newly supplied multi-attached housing in accordance with the period. This study categorize housing demander as three parts by affordibility and dwelling. One is the actual demander who has acquired and dwelled at the new multi-attached housing after they signed the contract. Another is the semi-actual demander who has acquired it but do not dwell. The other is pseudo demander who has not acquired it. It is found that the large multi-attached housing site is preferred to the actual demander because of outstanding infrastructure and high quality amenity. The direction of the main window in the living room is important to get enough sunlight. Research shows that the South direction and high floor housing is more preferred to the pseudo demander. Actual demander willingly pay high price for the valuable housing. Especially the housing location is the most powerful determinant. There is no positive correlation between regional income defference and demander's segmentation. Male demander shows higher rate than female demander to be actual demander. The last, demander who is living nearby the new multi-attached housing has approved worthy of confidence as a actual demander.
