The main purpose of this study was to save the dancing sum satisfaction of dancing specialty university students by the personal characteristic and relations of the leader trust.
By convenience sampling method, 184 dancing specialty university students chosen. It were analyzed Factor analysis, reliabilityanalysis, frequency analysis, and multiple regression analysis were carried in accordance with the purpose of the study by using Windows SPSS 14.0 Version. This significamt level of all test were set at .05.
The finding of this study can be summarized as flollows:
First, The dancing activity satisfaction has a difference by a personal characteristic. It flowed into the performance participation number of times, and a difference appeared for physical satisfaction. Also into the weekly practice number of times, and a difference appeared for environmental satisfaction. A difference appeared for educational satisfaction of the dancing activity satisfaction in one sashimi practice time, and a difference appeared in satisfaction of the environment and the satisfaction of the society by a career.
Second, The leader trust has a difference by a personal characteristic. It flows into the performance participation number of times and the weekly practice number of times, and there is a difference in the faithfulness of the leader. A difference appeared for a lower factor of the unselfishness of the leader by one sashimi practice time.
Third, dancing activity satisfaction did have a significant effect on leader trust.
