Recently students' learning and career have been one of the major research topics in tourism education field. Although the importance of learning and career has been increasing empirical research on the topic has not been widely performed. Many researcher have suggested that learning and career strategies gave ideas as to how a student successfully prepare against it. So it is very meaningful to explore the effects of learning and career on the performance of tourism students. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between learning styles, educational value paradigm, academic achievement, and career decision. Using stratified sampling 627 participants' data has been collected. The questionnaire has been used as a survey instrument containing learning styles, educational value paradigm, academic achievement, career decision, and demographic variables. For verifying the hypothesis it has been conducted factor analysis, reliability analysis, multi-regression analysis, and ANOVA.
