This paper mainly discusses the lingual and cultural integration between Korea and Chinese in the Korean loan words from the perspective of language and culture. This integration can be embodied in the both form and content of Korean loan words. First, the voice form of Korean loan words comes from the Korean pronunciation, but it must be subordinated to the Chinese sound system such as Chinese phoneme, syllable structure and voice length in order to achieve voice integration. Its structure form must be broken by the transliteration with meaning tags, full translation and homophonic transliteration to achieve structural integration. Its Chinese characters or radicals must be modified in order to keep in touch with both meaning and form of the Korean Chinese word. Secondly, the content integration of the Korean loan words can be reflected by the semantic content and grammar content.
