Recently some researches on residential satisfaction of the green building rating system and a certified building are conducted. However, there is a rare opportunity both to present a generalized and quantitative model through a comparative analysis of environment friendly community residence in terms of various locations and sizes. As well as review of the environment friendly certification in view of actual residents and to present the effect of the certification system and the improvement direction based on these. This research was analyzed based on the subject of the community residence complexes with environment friendly certification and non certified community residence in order to present the quantitative research results regarding the impact factors to be considered when improving the certification system. In addition, it is aimed to develop more quantitative model by reviewing environment friendly certification criteria from the p이nt of view of actual residents through structural equation modeling. On the basis of this, it is to suggest the effect of the certification system and the improving direction that can be generalized and realized.
