This study was undertaken to evaluate setting-up conditions of resistance exercise for developing obesity management program. It is analyzed in comparison of changing energy metabolism substrate, hormone density which related fatness metabolism and standard of practical use of oxygen that is classified by point of circuit weight training intensity(resting 30 min, exercising, convalescent 30 min), subjected to fifteen people(male). The results of this study showed that there was signigicant differences in RER, VO<SUB>2</SUB>, VE, and EPOC on the side of practical use of oxygen(p<.001). There also was significant differences in hormone density which related fatness metabolism(p<.001), but FFA density in catecholamine, there was no significant differences(p<.001). FFA density in energy metabolism substrate was significant differences(p>.05). In lactate density, there was significant differences(p<.001). Taken together, for maximal exercise intensity of practical use of fat-metabolism, it is suitable for exercise in middle-high intensity(60%1RM) which accounted lower respiration than low intensity(40%1RM) on the side of practical use of oxygen. Second, regarding the standard value of epinephrine that is accounted high in over low intensity and the high value in high intensity(80%1RM) on hormone intensity, it is suitable for exercise in middle-high intensity. Also, regarding to increasing the value of lactate which is proportional to the exercise intensity in energy metabolism stroma, it is suitable to exercise under high intensity. As as result, when we combine the results from every changing factors, the maximal resistive exercise intensity which is suitable for practical use of fat-metabolism with limiting fatigue environment encourages middle-high intensity exercise. For future investigations from this study, it is recommended to assess ingredient of body, the hormone reaction and the extent of practical use of oxygen which is revealed from not only for result of short time adaptation but also for long tenn training.
