This study is aimed at finding out an effective plan for an inquiry prevention, as well as at presenting materials for a rehabilitation and treatment through identifying causes and risk factors of non-contact ACL inquiry of female players. 1. There are various causes of female players ACL injury. However, the most-predictable risk factor is not still clear and accurate. It is presumed that multiple causes are mixed complex. 2. Because a serious knee unit inquiry impedes the well-organized program or motions of tuning, landing with stretching knee and sudden stop, ACL injury can be reduced. 3. ACL inquiry program requires Proprioception (position sense), Plyometric, muscle strengthening exercise, jumping stop and turning improvement. 4. The study on a development of non-contact ACL inquiry prevention program must be continuously conducted by events in the future.
