The purpose of this article is to analyze and evaluate "the Kingdom of God" which is understood by Crossan. The Kingdom of God is a central concept in the proclamation, activities, and life of Jesus. The figure of the historical Jesus will appear variously according to the understanding of the Kingdom of God. The Kingdom of God has a crucial role in the historical Jesus pictured by Crossan. Through a study of "Kingdom of God", we can recognize not only the historical Jesus but the theology of Crossan. The concern of this article is to see how much the Kingdom of God, which is suggested by Crossan, is unique.
The Main body of this article consists of four chapters. Chapter one "The Kingdom of God vs The Kingdom of Nobodies" will try to have basic conceptions on the Kingdom of God. Chapter two "The Kingdom of Nobodies: Contents" will deal with the perspectives and contents of the Kingdom of God. Chapter three "The Kingdom of Nobodies: subject" will identify the subject who achieves the Kingdom of God. Chapter four "The Kingdom of Nobodies: Time elements" will see the time elements involved in the Kingdom of God and see when the Kingdom of God will be realized in history.
