This study was conducted in order to analyze the outcomes of customized training that has been being conducted in five vocational competency development institutes of KEAD. Furthermore, on the basis of the analyses carried out, the study hopes to suggest additional implications with regard to customized training methods and techniques.
The overall features of the tailored training were comprehended utilizing the academic management database of the employment information management system at KEAD. The effects of the training outcome measurement index, such as the employment rate, income and ability to maintain employment in relation to customized training and other vocational training were compared. In conclusion, the study empirically proved that those who have undergone customized training have been ranked at a higher level than those with general training in terms of opportunity of employment, income and ability to maintain employment.
Based on these findings, customized training needs to be conducted on a more substantive and widespread basis in order to optimize the benefits that are derived from it.
