As easy and clear terminology and sentence punctuation rules are easier to understand and use, the general public, should be enacted.
In this paper, punctuation, grammatical relations of the sentence was written to help the reader"s understanding of the author"s intent to represent a supplementary role, or defined by the sign reveals, for the content of the amendment of punctuation on the basis of the contents of the current until the deficiencies as well as what needs to be complemented by an amendment was investigated.
Conventional punctuation and general marks (or print editing marks), except for the sign regulations that target the general public due to the nature of the author"s intent, regardless of the delivery and voluntary selection. And to reveal the relationship of the grammar of a sentence to match the definition of punctuation or set to a range of punctuation marks only need to indicate the intent of the author
