본 연구는 영유아 교사를 대상으로 자아탄력성의 배경변인에 따른 차이와 자아탄력성과 창의적 인성 간의 관계 및 자아탄력성이 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴봄으로써 영유아 교사의 질 향상을 위한 교사교육의 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 부산시의 유치원과 어린이집 영유아 교사 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도, 퍼센트, Cronbach"s α, 독립표본 t-검증, 일원변량분석, Scheffe 사후검증, Pearson 상관분석, 단순선형회귀분석, 단계적 다중선형회귀분석을 통하여 분석되었다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영유아 교사의 자아탄력성은 근무기관의 유형과 학력에서는 분노조절, 결혼유무에서는 자신감, 낙관적 태도, 분노조절에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 연령에서는 모든 영역에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 영유아 교사의 자아탄력성과 창의적 인성 간의 관계는 유의한 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영유아 교사의 자아탄력성은 창의적 인성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 특히, 자아탄력성의 하위요인 중 낙관적 태도와 대인관계 효율성이 창의적 인성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 분노조절은 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to determine potential differences in ego-resilience of nursery and kindergarten teachers (who care for infants and children) depending on background factors, and examine possible associations between their ego-resilience and creative personality, as well as potential effects of ego-resilience on their creative personality, so that it could make reference materials available for educating those teachers to improve their quality. To achieve these goals, this study used a questionnaire survey on total 350 teachers who worked for nursery schools and kindergartens in Busan metropolitan city. Any valid data collected from the survey were analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, Cronbach"s alpha (α), independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe"s post-hoc test, Pearson"s coefficient of correlation, simple linear regression analysis, and stepwise multiple linear regression analysis. As a result, this study could come to the following findings: First, in terms of the ego-resilience of nursery and kindergarten teachers, it was found that their anger control varied significantly depending on workplace type and academic career; their self-confidence, optimistic attitude and anger control varied significantly depending on marital status; and every subfactor of their ego-resilience varied significantly depending on age. Secondly, it was found that the ego-resilience of infant and kindergarten teachers had significantly positive associations with their creative personality. Thirdly, it was found that the ego-resilience of nursery and kindergarten teachers had positive effects on their creative personality. In particular, it was found that positive attitude and interpersonal relationship efficiency - two subfactors of ego-resilience - had positive effects on creative personality of teachers, but anger control had negative effects on their creative personality.
