The purpose of this study was to measure voice analysis to improve intellectually disabilities children’s physical activity and communicative ability through an ART physical activity program. To attain the goal, the study had as its subjects total 16 intellectually disabilities children attending a special-education school located in Busan, 8 for the experimental group and another 8 for the control group. With the result of the armband and voice analysis on the intellectually disabled children participating in the ART physical activity program, the study drew the following conclusions: First, regarding the physical activity change, there was significant difference in the result of analysis on total energy consumption between groups, and the group participating in the program showed higher total energy consumption than the group not participating in it. Second, there was significant difference in MET analysis result between groups, and the group participating in the program indicated more improved MET than the group not participating in it. Third, there was significant difference in Fo analysis result between groups, and the group participating in the program showed higher Fo ability than the group not participating in it. Fourth, there was significant difference in MPT analysis result between groups, and the group participating in the program indicated more improved MPT ability than the group not participating in it.
