This study aims to establish maintenance strategy of effective professional dancers and to set them on their feet in the social structure as artists by objectifying the professional identifies of taxpaid dancers as specialists. Correlationship analysis and multi regression analysis are conducted. Through the research process, specific results are as follows: First, job identification has a significant effect on compatibility, association, and sacrifice in an influence of job identification on job embeddedness. Examined specifically, the higher professional organization application and vocation mean higher compatibility in an influence of job identification on compatibility and professional organization application, conviction for public service, self regulation, and vocation has not a significant effect on compatibility in association, and higher vocation means higher sacrifice in sacrifice, having a significant influence. Second, job identification has a significant effect on altruism, conscience behavior, consideration behavior, citizenship behavior and sportsmanship. Examined specifically job identification has not a significant effect on professional organization application, conviction for public service, self regulation and vocation in the effect of job identification on altruism. And it has significant impact on the factor of conscience behavior, consideration behavior, citizenship behavior and sportsmanship, because higher professional organization application and vocation mean higher conscience behavior, consideration behavior, citizenship behavior and sportsmanship. Third, in the influences of job embeddedness on organizational citizenship behavior, job embeddedness has a significant on altruism, conscience behavior, consideration behavior, citizenship behavior and sportsmanship. Specifically in the influence of job embeddeness on altruism, higher association means higher altruism. In the influence of job embeddedness on conscience behavior, consideration behavior, citizenship behavior and sportsmanship, it affects significantly in that higher compatibility means conscience behavior, consideration behavior, citizenship behavior and sportsmanship.
