This study aims to take a close look at the process of deciding future path of the students who major in physical training fields and ultimately to show to them diverse directions associated with sports. The subjects of this study were three people who took physical related majors and currently engage in sports administration or sports management. For a measure to study the process of deciding future path, grounded theory approach was taken in qualitative research.
This study has revealed the following:
A key factor to deciding future path that physical training line major students should acknowledge is how to utilize the specialty of physical training lines. And then based on it, they should promote blue ocean like strategies only the areas possess and the government and educational institutes should also support them, which them, which will help the students to decide their future path.
