There is an expectation that a role of physical subject in the knowledge based society should yield transition effect to improve higher order thinking in creating initiative knowledges in various ways. It depends on learning processes for the purpose of structure of knowledges on physical-conception. Also it should result in developing physical strength, adaptibility to groups, and ability to solve problems, depending upon the learning processes to be successful in the physical education. The purpose of this study is, in this respect, to find out an effective instruction strategy based on the structure of knowledges in running exercises. An effective instruction scheme is proposed, in the less-preferred running exercises, to approach to high-level concept included in the curriculum as well as to subordinary concept which is arrived in physical subject. Propositional knowledges on running exercises should be classified into the content knowledge and the evaluation knowledge, depending on the instruction purpose. The practical knowledge should been composed of pedagogical knowledge and pedagogical-content knowledge for a given learning environment. An evaluation tool called N.O.S. must be used for students in order to create initiative knowledge by learner`s preconception to athletic sports. Instructor have to use evaluation tools in order to lead accomplishment-oriented student`s attitude while respecting the learning process and supplying maximal learning chances. Instructors should lead students to solve tasks by using the preconception on the running exercises, as Fundamental Motor Learning (FML), in the first step out of three, and to partially improve running exercises as Partial Motor Learning (PML) in the second, and, lastly, to give the opportunity to directly apply the learner`s physical skill of exercise as Synthetic Motor Learning (SML).
