This study aimed to identify the effect of exercise, adopting a 12 week comparative analysis of the expression, amout of the immunity-related factors. Thus, this study highlighted what impacts resistance and aerobic exercise place on the immunity-related factors. The sample of this study recruited 20 adult females which were equally divided into two groups (resistance and aerobic exercise), that is, 10 subjects for each group. Data collection took 12 weeks with a frequency of three times a week. In order to identify expression amout change of the immunity factor, immumoglobulins consisting of four categories (IgA, IgG, IgM and WBC) were measured. The independent samples T-test was used to compare each group, with the p-value of a=.05 for the data analysis. The results showed that resistance exercise group(p<.05) has shown a statistically significant increase than aerobic exercise in terms of the expression amount of immunoglobulins IgA and WBC. However, it was found that although immunoglobulins IgG and IgM had no statistically significant differences between two groups, resistance exercise group has shown a higher level of the expression amount than aerobic exercise. This findings demonstrated that expression amount of the immunity-related factors places a positive impact on a function of immunity.
