The purpose of this study is to formulate the equation of dynamic interaction between trains and bridges using three dimensional models and to consider the dynamic response resulting from the vehicles and seismic loads. A vehicle model and bridge model were used to study interaction between a steel truss bridge and a moving high speed train. The proposed method a simulation program BRIDGE-3 allows to investigate stress-deformation state of elements of the bridge structure under action of the seismic, moving and wind loadings
