The study was aims to compare and analyze the basal physical fitness and ankle joint (such as peak torque, muscular strength ratio, total work endurance, muschular endurance ratio, and muschular deficit ratio caused by dorsal flexion and plantar flexion at 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec, 240˚/sec isokinetic exercise velocity). The results were as fallows : 1. As comparing the basal physical fitness of the ballet with non-ballet cancers, the flexibility(trunk extention) and the balance (closed eyes foot balance) have shown a margin of (p<.05). 2. The group of non-ballet cancers have shown higher than the group of ballet dancers of dorsal flexion at 60˚/sec of ankle joint at left and right foot both. The group of ballet dancers have shown higher 13% than the group of non-ballet dancers at plantar flexion at the right foot with no margin. 3. The group of ballet have shown lower 24$ than the group of non-ballet cancers at 60% of the ratio muschular strength ratio of ankle joint with no margin. 4. The group of ballet dancers have shown higher with no margin at the left foot of dorsal flexion and the left and right foot of plantar flexion at the total work endurance of the ankle joint. 5. The group of ballet dancers have shown higher with no margin at the right foot of dorsal flexion and the left and right foot of plantar flexion at the muschlar endurance ratio of the ankle joint. 6. The group of ballet dancers were all normal at the dorsal flexion and plantar flexion of the ratio muschlar deficit ratio of the ankle joint but the group of non-ballet dancers were abnormal at the dorsal flexion and plantar flexion of velocity. Especially, the dorsal flexion at 24˚/sec have shown a margin (p<0.05) between groups
