Nowadays, a sports center is becoming different form that is synthetically athletic enterprise as the function of civilized place that is constituting circulation, leisure, sport and so on. Also, the number of a sports center is increasing rapidly. However, competitive intensification of sports center is divided as an important issue, because such a sudden increase of sports center is anticipating as connecting with excessive supply of sports facilities. Therefore, this study showed sufficient degree by using type for presenting activation plan of program that satisfies want of consumer in sports market. the program of sports center was developed in accordance with require of consumer. At the same time, desirable way on sports activity was presented to sports consumer for some reason that is contribution of a individual`s satisfied desires and a family`s the pursuit of happiness. The subject of study was selected from customers who are using sports center in seoul at present, the 2003 year. The data of 484people were used as a final analysis. In this investigation, some data, 16people of respondent, were excepted at the latter term of survey. because those were unbelievable, faithless and unsatisfactory. The independent variable factor was a type of sports center(profit/ nonprofit-making sports center) and a used type of sports center(the membership system/ the public) participated degree of sports center(frequency/term/intensity). And the dependent variable factor was satisfied degree of a client(satisfied degree on employee/course of manage as well as program/convenient facility/lever of admission cost/place·location/promotive activity). The measurement instrument was the questionnaire, which was used after testing reliability and validity of the items through the pre-test. The statistical analysis methods were conducted such as frequency analysis, T-test, Correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis As a result, the following findings were obtained. First, satisfied degree of the client by type of sports center showed high feeling of satisfaction in profit sports center, and satisfied degree of the client by used type indicated high satisfaction in the entire factors with the exception of satisfied degree on level of admission cost. Second, relationship of satisfaction by participated degree in sports center showed positive concern in the whole factors except on participated intensity, satisfaction of place·location and promotive activity. And the factor of participated frequency and satisfaction of place·location showed negative concern. Third, there was influence which participated degree in sports center had effect on satisfaction of client. satisfaction of employee and satisfied degree of convenient facility had an influence on the whole the factors, satisfaction on course of manage as well as program and satisfaction on level of admission cost affected in the others except on participated frequency. And satisfaction of place· location and satisfied degree of promotive activity had effect on the rest except on participated intensive.
