The purpose this study was to investigated the influence of exercise leaders` psychological empowerment on dual commitment in the commercial sport facilities by parallel model approach. The subjects of this study were 247 exercise leaders working in the commercial sport facilities located in Busan and Kyungnam. From the analysis of data, this study reached the following conclusions. First, the psychological empowerment significantly influenced the degree of organizational commitment. Second, the psychological empowerment significantly influenced the degree of career commitment. Third, the psychological empowerment common influenced the organizational and career commitment. That is to say, meaning and competence were found to be common predictors of exercise leaders` dual commitment to the organizational and career commitment.
