The industralization has deepened the conflict roused from the gap between the rich and the poor, thieving the reward of labor. Therefore it is right time for the God`s justice and the actualization of human right to be needed. The definition of justice is to build the God`s creation that is material order. Love, service and campaign for division of material property through Jesus Christ and God`s world are also tasks to solve this issue. 1. Old Testament mirrors the Jahwe`s day and God`s Last judge which declares its remunerative rightness and reward. It is because there were frequent severe demolition of human right of the poor. On the contrary New Testament says God`s rule is not the imminent termination but the concept of realizing the nations which are full of love, grace, service and liberal world that is free from sin and penalty. 2. Solving these problems, I. Kant tried to pursue and fulfil activity through charity. J. Rawls emphasized the equality for harmonized mutual benefit. P. Thillich stressed the building of common organization(society) in God and E. Brunner focused the sincerity of human equality in God`s image. 3. Catholic church emphasized the importance of establishing social welfare system, mutual assistance and labour union to procure common goodness. Reformation religionists showed their respective confidences. Ph. Melanchthon took priority in honesty or confidence, J. Calvin in credibility, equality, mutual benefit through social service and sacrifice. M. Luther stressed that the unbalance of wealth in society shall be overcome by charity. H. Zwingli regarded mortgage, interest rate and accumulation as evil things. 4. WCC(World Council of Churches) concluded, after many discussions on justice and human right, that ecological liberation and rearmament of new economic order shall be provided to avoid the difference in life status and demolition of living right of human. That is to say, restoration of new economic order is required for minimum common welfare system and contract community with God. Agra convention shows firm establishment of right of freedom and law on welfare to participate in market economy through capital and labor instead of money and bread. However both spiritual and material gospel shall be fundamentally procured. 5. Viewing these theological backgrounds, what are the tasks for the actualization of human right today? The answer is actualization of peace and human right through the bible-based recognition and avoidance of family hierarchy system and sexual difference, promotion of unhanded people, enhanced of foreign workers treatment toward diplomatic and cultural standing, cure and acceptance of dehumanized people departed from North Korea with harsh risk of death, budget procurement for road sleepers, the consensus of mutual division and hospitality, and shortening of military cost. Finally recovery of mutual division, cooperation and Eucharist instead of capital monopoly and right of freedom are required for the actualization of justice and human right. The recovery of the concept that all things belong to God`s world is also required.
