미용서비스업은 기술위주에서 서비스에 대한 고객의 요구가 다양해지면서 서비스품질에 대한 중요성이 높아지고 있으나, 미용 서비스품질 중 시설·인테리어 및대기시간에 관련된 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 미용실의 시설·인테리어 및 대기시간을 중심으로 서비스품질의 향상이 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 미용실 서비스품질의 개선 및 향상과 나아가 고객만족과 재이용에 도움이 될 수 있는 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 자료분석은 SPSS v. 14.0 프로그램을 활용, 유의수준은 5% 이내에서 검증하였다. 분석기법으로 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계 분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석과 Cronbach``α계수 산출, 선형회귀분석 등을 실시하였으며, 연구범위는 광주광역시에 거주하는 미용실 방문 고객을 대상으로 총 379부의 설문을, 리커드 9점 척도를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 주된 내용은 미용서비스 및 서비스품질의 이해, 미용실 시설·인테리어 및 대기시간의 중요성, 고객만족 및 재이용의도에 관한 선행연구, 그리고 연구의 설계, 시설·인테리어 및 대기시간관련 분석들로 구성되어진다. 연구결과, 시설·인테리어 및 대기시간은 고객만족과 재이용의도의 향상에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었으며, 고객만족은 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 미용실 운영자 및 종사자들은 주어진 미용실 환경에 어울릴 수 있는 기본적인 시설·인테리어를 갖추고 미용시술 전이나 시술 과정상의 고객 대기시간의 효율적 관리를 통해 고객만족과 재방문의도를 높일 수 있기를 기대한다.
With customers` demands for skill-oriented service diversifying, the beauty industry has grown in the importance of service quality. But studies related to equipment, interior and waiting time of beauty service qualities are insufficient. And therefore this study tries to provide information for the improvement of the service qualities in beauty shops and customer satisfaction and revisit by examining the effects of service quality improvement focused on equipment, interior and waiting time on customer satisfaction and revisit intention in beauty shops. To achieve this, a survey was carried out on beauty shop customers living in Gwangju. The SPSS v. 14.0 program was used to analyze data of this study in the significant level of 5%. As analytic techniques, frequency analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and Cronbach`α This article aims to provide a systematic· theoretical data for developing policy and strategy for sustainable global eco-friendly appliance product design, based on conceptual consideration of eco-friendly trend development and spread of green-living, and analysis of the change aspect of in· outdoor kitchen system and global appliance consumption trend. The main method of this article is formed with the reference such as the reports about global consumer`s lifestyle, in·outdoor kitchen system, and global appliance consumption trend, papers about tendency of in·outdoor kitchen system, and global appliance development intended for eco-friendly in advanced countries, journals, and to review the data from internet D/B in domestic and abroad, and variety of literatures including thesis, books, periodicals and the other publications. Main scopes and contents of this article are composed with conceptual consideration of eco-friendly trend development and spread of green-living, and analysis of the change aspect of in·outdoor kitchen system and global appliance consumption trend, the analysis of the change aspects of residence types and in·outdoor kitchen system, and global appliance consumption trend including a suggestion of movement toward appliance product developing in the future. As the result of analysis on `a study on the in· outdoor kitchen system and global appliances consumption trend changing intended for eco-friendly` are as follows. In·outdoor kitchen system was developed as a smart kitchen, green tech kitchen, and compact kitchen for energy·space saving types are classified as the indoor kitchen, and high-tech mobile kitchen, mini kitchen, and DIY kitchen are characterized as the outdoor kitchen, both are based on combining with smart technology in various ways. Through analyzing this global appliance consumption trend, some changing points are appeared that global consumers pursue their ideals to have a pleasure with conveniency, efficiency, economic feasibility, and rationality at same time when they participate to eco-friendly activities in using green products, and they expect the appliance products which combines concept of ``touch`` and ``easy use`` as well in the future.coefficient calculation, and linear regression analysis were carried out. And total 379 questionnaires were analyzed on the 9-point Likert scale. The main contents of this study are composed of the understanding of beauty service and service quality, the importance of equipment, interior and waiting time in beauty shops, the precedent studies on customer satisfaction and revisit intention, the design of a research, and the analysis of equipment, interior and waiting time. The study showed that equipment, interior and waiting time had an effect on the improvement of customer satisfaction and revisit intention, and customer satisfaction had an effect on revisit intention. Consequently, it is expected that beauty shop owners and employees will have basic equipments and interiors, which can fit in with the given environment in beauty shops, to improve customer satisfaction and revisit intention through efficient management of customer waiting time before beauty treatment or in the process of beauty treatment.
