The urban science and technology and the urban economy adapt to each other, depend on each other and promote each other. The Paper built the parameter of the urban economy subsystem and the urban science and technology subsystem, and applied the complex system coordination degree model to evaluate the coordination degree between the science and technology and the economy. The results show that the coordination between the urban S&T and the urban economy has experienced no coordination or low-grade coordination. The S&T is medium level and the economy is stronger.
