The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of instructor image on participation continue intention of physical plant for young children - with school parent’ satisfaction as the center. The subjects of this study were 285 school parents who had young children of participating in physical plant for young children by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. To perform this empirical study, the data for the present study were collected from one firms through questionnaire and all measures were self-administred by respondents.
To analyze this data, reliability test and factor analysis was employed to test the reliability and validity, and correlation analysis was adopted to analyze the correlationship between variables, and hierarchical regressiong analysis was used to identify the mediated effects on between instructor image and participation continue intention of physical plant for young children.
The questionnaires for the instructor image had been developed by Kim(2013), Kim(2010), Park(2000), Shin(2015), An(2011) and Cha(2014), and school parent’s satisfaction had been developed by Kim(2013), Lee(2007) and Yoon(2009), and participation continue intention had been developed by Kim(2013), Lee et al.,(2010), Song(2010), and Han(2009).
The results were summarized as follow. First, it was showed the mediation effect of school parent’s satisfaction of relationship between instructor attitude image and participation continue intention of physical plant for young children. Second, it was showed the mediation effect of school parent’s satisfaction of relationship between instructor professionalism image and participation continue intention of physical plant for young children. Third, it was showed the mediation effect of school parent’s satisfaction of relationship between instructor talent image and participation continue intention of physical plant for young children. Forth, it was showed the mediation effect of school parent’s satisfaction of relationship between instructor professional mind image and participation continue intention of physical plant for young children.
