To meet the purpose of this research, this research performed Documentary Study and Empirical Study simultaneously as researching, and questionnaire is used for empirical study.
As for the analysis method, the frequency analysis was performed for general characteristics and the descriptive analysis for the mean of job stress and 5 personality factor variables. The Factor and reliability analyses were utilized for the extraction of job stress and personality factor variables. For the verification of the hypotheses, the multiple regression analysis and the moderate regression analysis were performed in order to analyze the effects of independent variables on dependent variables and the moderating effects of 5 personality factors.
This research will need to research how people working for casino agencies display their attitudes depending on their characteristics, and how their thinking and recognition of job performance will be used for job stresses.
