Latin America will be the biggest emerging market. Though World Economy is endangered grobal crisis, Emerging Market is breathing the world economic growth. Therefore, Latin America Economy interact with Korea. Our Economy interact with Korea-Chile FTA, Korea-Columbia, and would be interacted with Korea-MERCOSUR.
This study is dealed with consumer law and constitutional consumer rights in Latin america 10-country. 10 country is República Argentina, República Bolivariana de Venezuela, República Federativa do Brasil, República de Chile, República de Colombia, República de El Salvador, Estados Unidos Mexicanos, and República del Paraguay.
This study"s purpose is grasped the present situation of consumer rights in constitution, consumer protection in substatntial law, and class suit as case of ADR in Latin America.
Through this study, it is suggest that consumer law of latin america gives a implication to the consumer protection law in Korea.
