France has 5 million Muslim immigrants, and it is the high time to acknowledge this groups as a separate entity that themselves have the right to be respected for Islamic society to minimize social dispute. This paper discuss on questions of Variation of Socio-Psychology Mechanism in a country that upholds the most fundamental right: human rights. France’s immigration history, socio-economic reality, cultural-religious conflicts, immigrant integration policy to get an understanding such details will serve us to track back to the main cause of the cultural dispute within Maghreb expatriate from south mediterrane countries. Also, elaborate upon reasons from different perspectives on problems that might give us implications it has in Korean society. France is putting its efforts to resolve problems that arise by enforcing assimilation by adopting some policies based on variation of socio-psychology mechanism on the influx of Muslim expatriates to resolve ongoing problems.
