The hottest one of issues among the reformed church history is the arminian controversy which made the Reformed Church disruptive in two parts. It resulted in several things such as the Dortrecht Creed, Belgium, Arminian Seminary, Arminians, etc. The controversy begun with the Declaration of Sentiments that Arminius presented to the Synod 1608. But he hesitated to do it until he got into trouble. This is the first theme that this article treats. It researches the background he had no choice to present it to the Synod although he did not want to do it. And the key issue was on the predestination. He insisted that God elected His own children after the fall, which called infralapsarianism. The second one treats on his predestination. He insisted that the predestination comes after the His omniscience. But he disunderstood the meaning of it. Because he stood on the His moral attributes rather than His natural attributes. So he did not appeal to even the Holy Bible. His explanation on the predestination of the Reformed theology comes from his thoughts.
