The aim of this study is to analysis the effects of combined exercise related with body composition and fitness of obese adolescents using meta-analysis. This study adopted about 30 researches which were applied to the combined exercise and researchers analyzed the effects on the combined exercise. Also effect size and statistics of homogeneity test were conducted by using CMA3.0 program. The results were as follows; Frist, it was verified that combined exercise had great effect on physical fitness of obese adolescents as well as physical fitness and overall effect size of the combined exercise on physical fitness was 1.009. Second, effect size was affected by physical composition and physical fitness in order. Specifically, it seemed that effect size had effectiveness on physical fitness in order of cardiovascular respiratory, flexibility, muscle endurance, muscular strength, and alacrity. On the other hand, the effect size was influenced by physical composition in order of BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, weight, fat free mass, and fat mass. Third, according to the order of exercise, the effect size was impacted by resistance movement and aerobic exercise more than aerobic exercise and resistance movement. Forth, effect size in accordance with the exercise program showed that 12weeks, five times a weeks and 70 minutes had the greatest effect.
