The This study aimed to define the cultural capabilities of life sports instructors to enable them to respond to the field cultural situations experienced. To that end, three questions were established: first, how is the life sports instructors’ cultural awareness based on their instruction experience? Second, how is the life sports instructors’ cultural knowledge based on their instruction experience? Third, how is the life sports instructors’ cultural skill based on their instruction experience? For the methodology, using the purposeful sampling of nonprobability sampling methods, 6 life sports instructors, who had experience in teaching participants with different cultures, were sampled and surveyed. The gathered data text was analyzed, and the following results were derived. First, the life sports instructors’ cultural awareness based on their instruction experience was found as cultural curiosity, relationship of coexistence and cultural value judgment. Second, the life sports instructors’ cultural knowledge on their instruction experience was found as language barrier, a lack of multicultural understanding and knowledge, and prejudice in cultural backgrounds. Third, the life sports instructors’ cultural skill based on their instruction experience was found as expansion of sympathy through sports, revision of cultural behaviors, composition of effective instruction strategy, and conversion to open thinking.
