This study was to investigate the relationship between liberal and perfect presents his group lesson Taekwondo demonstration team cohesiveness, self-satisfaction and performance management. The group being served in the military section Taekwondo demonstration of Taekwondo demonstration team, which operates the years 2016 to achieve the objective of these studies was set up as a population. The sample number is 532 people used for final analysis. Since the data collected confirms SPSS 21.0 program and analyze the frequency by utilizing the AMOS 21.0 program. The results obtained through these studies, the process is as follows. As a result of the proposed self-perfect liberal group lesson Taekwondo demonstration team cohesiveness, self-management, performance satisfaction can see that a mutually causal relationship. Finally, the mediating effect analysis was conducted to examine the mediating effect of team cohesiveness and self-management in the relationship between the present and perform self-satisfaction of the perfect liberal group Taekwondo demonstration lesson. As a result, team cohesiveness and self-management of military Taekwondo demonstration section it can be seen that perform a mediating role between the present and perform perfectly liberal self-satisfied.
