The purpose of this study is to suggest the need of historical consideration about “the old warehouses”(庫舍) that were needed for the signal fire stands. The study on the old warehouses is not enough although these are the must-have facilities to maintain the signal fire stands. That’s because the old warehouses were small and their original forms were damaged. But the old warehouses are absolutely necessary for the signal fire stands because these are storage buildings for all equipment to light a fire. Therefore we have to study the old warehouses to understand the signal fire stands systematically. So this study will help understand about the signal fire stands by suggesting the functions and standard models of the old warehouses.
