Purpose of the research is to comprehend spatial elements in co-working space in fashion industry sector. The space of an office is being continuously developed. A concept called "coworking space" was adopted, thereby being spread at home and abroad. The coworking space is a kind of share office that is expected synergy, which is created by sharing with using space and resource together. As the Dong Dae Moon district is integrated fashion industry, the users of aiming to utilize the industrial foundation in the place are continuing to gather. For that reason, the coworking space with the reflection of the specialized industry may offer the optimized environment to the clothing industry employees. The research investigates case study of Creative Fashion Studio based on spatial study of co-working space and rapid growth that Dong Dae Moon clothing industry currently faces. Economic recession and unemployment crisis are leading to a rise in one-person companies and start-up enterprises, resulting in a growth in the importance and demand for office area. As a result, the coworking space, which is emphasized sharing economy & communication, and cooperation, is being spread briskly. The reflection of the locally industrial structure with the specialized coworking space in this may lead to being expected new value as well. Therefore, significance of the research is embedded in understanding of co-working space and Creative Fashion Studio’s spatial elements as well as suggesting direction in utilizing Dong Dae Moon district‘s capital flow.
