The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of reading management on the motivation and satisfaction of the job. First of all, theoretical background and precedent study on reading management, motivation, and job satisfaction were conducted, and empirical studies were conducted mainly on P company which has recently been certified for outstanding reading management. The results are as follows.
Compensation, promotion, belonging feeling, communication, human relationship, self-development and reward in motivation have a positive effect to reading management. Compensation, promotion, communication and human relationship in job satisfaction have a positive effect to motivation.
Communication and human relationship have a positive effect to welfare satisfaction. Compensation and communication in motivation have a positive effect to the satisfaction between superiors and colleagues.
Reading management will become a key management strategy that brings individual motivation and it will be a method of knowledge management that is an important enterprise education system that has corporate competitiveness through job satisfaction.

Reading management will become a key management strategy that brings individual motivation and it will be a method of knowledge management that is an important enterprise education system that has corporate competitiveness through job satisfaction.
