Confucius’s theory of human nature is very closely linked to education of human. So, to look upon it as a sort of philosophy on life is room for discussion question. However, in any case, Confucius’s new concept, change direction to natural instinct from external things of human. In this point, we can regard Confucius as a vanguard of theory of human nature, it have been approved by people. the key point of his theory of human nature is to find personality in human nature. in addition, he found variability of humanity, and focus his attention on characteristic of “moving” in the humanity.
Confucius have a lot of knowledges from his own experiences adapted to class as a educationist. He have four points to make reforms in education: first, equal treatment to his students, so much so that he want to be treated as a equals by his students. Second, Offer on individualized quality education for every student. Third, use multilateral dialogue induce student’s enthusiasm. Lastly, communicate with his student at all times and in all places. Therefore, it is still worth “reviewing” Confucius’s theory of human nature and his philosophy on education in the present time.
