This study aims to define the relationship between life sports participants" immersive experience and exercise addiction in relation to their organizational culture and their exercise activities. To that end, 337 subjects were selected from eleven life sports communities and clubs in five sports events in the region of Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Questionnaires were used to survey them, and the data surveyed underwent frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis to derive the following findings. First, the influence of life sports participants" perceived organizational culture on their immersive experience is this: Their perceived organizational culture"s hierarchical culture influenced their immersive experience"s ecstasy, their transformation of temporal sense, and their definite goal. The change-oriented culture influenced their definite goal, the relationship-oriented culture influenced their transformation of temporal sense and their definite goal, and the work-oriented culture influenced their definite goal. Second, the influence of life sports participants" perceived immersive experience on their exercise addiction is this: Their perceived organizational culture"s hierarchical culture influenced their exercise addiction"s emotional attachment, withdrawal symptoms, and exercise desire. The changeoriented culture influenced their emotional attachment, their withdrawal symptoms, and their exercise desire. The relationship-oriented culture influenced their emotional attachment, their withdrawal symptoms, and their exercise desire. The work-oriented culture influenced their emotional attachment and their withdrawal symptoms. Third, the influence of life sports participants" immersive experience on their exercise addiction is this: Their immersive experience"s ecstasy influenced their exercise addiction"s exercise desire. Their transformation of temporal sense influenced their emotional attachment, their withdrawal symptoms, and their exercise desire. Their definite goal influenced their withdrawal symptoms.
