The government has set up a Ministry of SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises) in 2017 and Startups to promote the establishment of SMEs and to establish a growth base. Business start-up support projects for 2018 are divided into commercialization, R & D, entrepreneurial education, facilities, space and childcare, mentoring and consulting, events and networks. In this paper, we propose a secure and efficient system for supporting start-up and venture company by using Blockchain and authentication. Give the distributor of the Blockchain to the business people, encrypt the information about the history of business support, and write it on the ledger. A blockchain network is constructed so that the supporting organizations can mutually authenticate and share information and information. Pre-Startups design smart distributed applications to eliminate redundant support and guide step-by-step growth. This paper applies Blockchaining, encryption, authentication, and information protection technologies to foster entrepreneurship and venture companies.
