This paper studies the experiential commercial public space K11 Art Mall in Hong Kong, China. Through theoretical investigation and prior research, it can be divided into three parts. Firstly, the concept, characteristics and types of the experiential commercial space are understood through the literature survey. Combined with the research of the prior paper, the physical spatial characteristics and experiential elements of the experiential commercial space are obtained as the analysis elements of this paper. The second is case analysis, through the understanding of the design philosophy and development process of the k11 commercial space. Then, taking the humanities , natural and art in physical spatial elements and experiential elements as the analysis elements, the overall analysis of k11"s experience is carried out. Furthermore, through the above research, a new experience mode of interaction between the public and the commercial public space is obtained. The results of the analysis are as follows:
K11 conforms to the development state of the new commercial public space. It is a new business model worthy of reference and promotion. It combines the three experiential elements of nature, humanities and art, giving the space a certain scene characteristic, so that the public can get a higher level of spiritual and cultural experience when shopping, and at the same time, it makes the commercial space more vital, and form a virtuous circle.
