The purpose of this study was to research and understand the physical education Swimming leaders for Sport for all as the importance of Sport for All is increasing because of the increased leisure time and to help the improvement of expertise of the Swimming leaders. We tried to provide basic materials for citizens` welfare by activate sport for all with the understanding of their leisure and psychology according to their general characteristics and the appropriate approach to their roles. For the purpose of the study, 143 Swimming leaders were asked to answer the survey and they were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 program using t-test and One-way ANOVA. Post verification was done with Scheffe Method and the followings are the results of the analysis(p < .05). Among the leisure satisfaction according to general characteristics, they showed significant difference in social satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, psychological satisfaction and recreational satisfaction. First, regarding the social satisfaction according to sex, females showed higher satisfaction than males while males showed higher satisfaction in environmental satisfaction. Second, regarding the satisfaction according to age, "group under 25" showed higher recreational satisfaction than group between 26 and 35 or group between 36 and 45 or group over 46 Third, regarding the satisfaction according to major, the recreational satisfaction was higher in those who majored in Physical Education than in those who majored in Human Science, Natural Science or Art.
