This study justified the terms that have been mixed as a consented concept of the `sports leisure welfare` and suggested a way to absorb the sports leisure welfare services based on experiential implication on the service factors. For achieving the purposes of this study efficiently, literature research as interdisciplinary research and a Delphi survey as empirical research and expert discussion were performed. The concept of the sports leisure welfare that resulted from the above analysis is as follows: The sports leisure welfare is `a general service that satisfies primary needs and rights and guarantees happy life as a means of physical activities performed for leisure as part of the leisure activities of the people. Based on the deducted concept, the service areas of the sports leisure welfare to prepare for the social conditions that can revitalize the sports leisure welfare deducted service factors inductively by applying the three-dimensional service quality model of Rust & Oliver(1994) and the SERVQUAL model of Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry(1985). The service factors deducted by this study are institutional services, educational services and environmental services.
