There is the purpose of this study makes sense to analyze a characteristic of the user satisfaction and reusing intention on the Real estate mortgage. The analysis used 438 valid sample gathered from the survey. Basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, and structural equation analysis were performed using the program of SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 18.0.
Through this study, we analyzed how real estate characteristics, real estate market and system characteristics, loan product characteristics, bank loan service characteristics and personal loan characteristics affect the satisfaction and reusing intention of mortgage users.
The main results of the study are as follows
First, the personal loan characteristics were the most influential factors in the user satisfaction and the reusing intention. Second, the real estate product characteristics were found to be important factors in user satisfaction and the reusing intention. Third, real estate market and system characteristics were found to have an effect on user satisfaction and the reusing intention.
The results of this study showed that there is a structural causal relationship between the satisfaction of use and the reusing intention in real estate mortgage. Based on these results, suggested implications for individuals, banks and governments for the real estate loan market.
