Films, Television programs and Games Intersection, as the name suggests, means interactive combination of cinema and game. Specifically, it includes transforming films and TV series into mobile game, web game, client game, etc., and vice versa. In line with the hot and rapid development of film & television industry and Internet game industry, the best connection between them is exactly the “Films, Television programs and Games Intersection”. On one hand, it helps to promote films and TV series via the game industry and create new source of revenue growth, on the other hand, it adds to games` public awareness and reputation via the public entertaining and mass communication features of films and TV series, thus bettering earnings of these games. After introduced to China, however, this mode has a completely different look as China`s mobile games feature short development cycle, low production cost and various profit channels. In this light, it can be called “Films, Television programs and Games Intersection with Chinese Characteristics”.
