The purpose of this study was to examine the right directions for the composition of an educational program for sustainable development for toddlers and infants in relation to the natural inquiry area of the third standard daycare center curriculum. Relevant literature and earlier studies were analyzed, and a needs survey was conducted by interviewing the selected daycare center principals and teachers. The object, objectives, content, teaching-learning methods and the evaluation method of an educational program for sustainable development for toddlers and infants were selected based on the results, and an activity draft for the program was mapped out. The program was reviewed by making a pilot study in a toddler and infant class and by having a consultation with experts, and then the program was finalized by modifying the problems that were found in that process. The educational program for sustainable development for toddlers and infants that was developed in this way is expected to make a contribution to the well-rounded development of infants and the diversification of infant programs.
