The Development of the Defence Industry is an essential part of national self-defence and provides a chance to obtain foreign money. Besides that, it is able to generate unparalleled benefit in the future. For these reasons, the Defence Industry is intensively fostered as a growth engine in its nation. This study is to identify Influencing factors of management performance for the Defence Industry. The results of this study will help this industry establish a management strategy and advise government to establish an efficient policy for promoting the Defence Industry. Based on many previous studies, Influencing factors of management performance for the civil industry were deduced. After Considering characteristics of Defence Industry, These factors were rectified. A survey of the Defence Industry was also conducted to examine these factors empirically.
