The purpose of this study is to develop a Chinese writing class based on blended learning activities and to compare the Chinese writing learners' Chinese writing ability, and to gauge participation and interest. The purpose of this study is to suggest important points of instructional design that teachers should take into consideration when introducing a teaching & learning model that utilizes the various types of blended learning language environment in the Chinese learning environment. The results of this experiment are as follows. First, the Blended Learning-based Chinese writing lesson had a positive effect on the learners’ ability to improve Chinese writing ability and interest. They also recognized the importance of feedback and communication. Second, the Blended Learning-based Chinese writing lesson activities can play a positive role in leading learners' deep writing activities. Third, in order to apply the blended learning activities, it is necessary to consider the learners’ level of Chinese and technical information utilization in great detail to achieve a positive learning effect
