When I summarizes the characteristics of the archaeological excavation results on the Kül tegin ritual memorial which was built in 732, it shows the unique aspects of its style which was combined the Chinese buildings and tablet and the Türkic style. It symbolized the new change of the situation of the Turks that did not get the support of Tang dynasty and bear the marriage relationship whith china and after their restoration in 680s. Owing to the diplomatic contacts after the death of Kül tegin in 731, Bilge qaghan get the economic support from China and prevent the movement of the Empire Xuan-zong(玄宗) who were trying to surrender him. Bilge qaghan can be to internally people be issued through the construction of a landmark that can boast the fact that received the support and certification of Tang to emphasize his position. At the same time, internal integration by showing a strong identity of its own through the contents of the Turkic inscriptions could pursue as well. It was through a strong plea for a world of its own with its own strong hostility to Tang dynasty. Dual attitude such Bilge qaghan is tremendous struggle to overcome their limits, even after his death in 734, was able to lead to the construction of rituals facilities similar methods. Despite these efforts of Türks who were more exposed to strong pressure from the surrounding forces rather does not recover its former glory. As Tang dynasty lead the serious segmental trend, this was associated with the various forces were also efforts to strengthen his position in nomadic world. Therefore, the Türks is a situation that has limitations as nomadic nation was not only dependent on China, was placed in circumstances that are weakened not find an opportunity to reverse this. This means that eventually more than 200 years the Turks continued ruling system, it will lead to a complete dissolution of the Asana(阿史那) clan were dominated order.
