]This article aims to present the empirical know-how which a historian concerning with cyber education has to aquire in developing the cyber lecture contents. The historical profession approaches the new information technologies of our day with mixed emotions. Now historians at campuses are strongly encouraged by their administrations to incorporate technology into their teaching. Our historians need to be concerned with the digital history involving the combination of the historical knowledge and digital mind. In this artcle, we are discussing in detail how to design and develop the lecture contents for cyber education. This lecture aims to supply the practical guide of historical tours in Europe through the presentations of the historical images and geographical informations including the explanations of historical meanings on the European historical remains.
