Allergic inflamation results from stimulation ofβ-hexosaminidase secretion, increased calcium influx, andChamaecyparisobtusa decreased secretion of β-hexosaminidase, calciuminflux, ROS, and phosphorylation of ERK. These resultssugest that Chamaecyparis obtusa would be valuable fordevelopment of allergy therapeutics.
